I also made Sedona some bibs in my back-and-forth-to-the-sewing-room moments.
Now, in the few days that are left before Easter, I need to make her some matching socks and Mary Jane booties, and maybe a hair accessory of some kind. Thankfully, I don't need to finish in time to mail them...we will be going to SA to visit for Easter, and I am so excited!
In the time since my last post, I also made a short trip to Arizona. My 89 year old grandmother fell and broke her femur...and ended up not only having it repaired, but she got a new hip too! I had been wanting to get over to visit my parents, and figured that my grandmother's fall was a signal that it was time to go! While I was there, I also got to see my niece Erin, and my great-nephew Taven! He is now 8 months old, and just as cute as he can be!
Now, remember when I told you that I have become obsessed with scrapbooking? It's worse than I thought, and I don't know another word to describe it! Obsessed really seems mild! ;-) It's not just scrapbooking, either. I am crazy about my Cricut, my new MTC software, and am really getting back into drawing and turning those drawings into digital stamps! If you are at all interested in paper crafting, card making and scrapbooking, go take a look at my new blog that I started just for that stuff! As I sew and crochet, I'll be posting here...but the paper crafting stuff will be at Momma MC Designs!
